Applicant: Alaska Airlines, Inc. Annual rent: $1,562.40 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: aeronautical - parking lot for use by customers and employees related to the Lessees commercial operation of an air terminal.

This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., February 8, 2026, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease.
