Over-the-Counter Research Permit

The Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW) has issued a final administrative decision for the Over-the-Counter Research Permit serialized as ADL 109490. The Decision has been signed and a copy is attached to this notice. 

Under ADL 109490, DMLW has authorized an Over-the-Counter (OTC) permit program that allows for di minimis research activities to be permitted on state-owned, DMLW-managed lands. 

The Administrative Decision case file is referenced as ADL 109490. OTC permits will be issued to applicants under separate LAS numbers.
