Alaska has been designated by Congress as a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) due to the disproportionate impact of drug trafficking in Alaska. The Alaska Attorney General holds a permanent seat on the HIDTA Executive Board.
I, Stephen J. Cox, Attorney General, designate Robert E. Henderson, Criminal Division Director, as the Attorney General’s designee on the HIDTA Executive Board.
This standing order of delegation remains in effect until modified or revoked by a subsequent order of the Attorney General.
