NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING: The Alaska Workers' Compensation Division will conduct a public meeting on January 27, 2026 to solicit public comment regarding Reemployment Benefits and Stay at Work Benefits. This meeting is open to the public and will begin at 10:00 am. The meeting is scheduled to last one hour but may be extended depending on turnout and participation. This meeting will be held by Zoom video conference only.

The Division of Workers’ Compensation implemented the Stay at Work (SAW) Program and changes to Reemployment Benefits pursuant to SB 147, effective January 1, 2025. This meeting will highlight successes and challenges identified during the first year of implementation and provide stakeholders an opportunity to help the Division improve outcomes by commenting on known or emerging issues, suggesting improvements, or sharing concerns regarding the program changes.

Public comment will be taken January 27, 2026 at 10:00 am. If you are unable to participate telephonically, you may submit written comments prior to the meeting. Written comments must be received no later than 5:00pm on January 26, 2026. Send written comments to:
