The East Prince of Wales Fish and Game Advisory Committee will be holding a public meeting and membership election on Saturday, December 13th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at Thorne Bay City Hall, located at 120 Freeman Dr, Thorne Bay, Alaska. The meeting is also accessible via Zoom web/teleconference. 

This meeting was originally held on the 6^th but got postponed to the 13^th.

Agenda Items include the following:

• Election for one undesignated seat and one seat for Coffman Cove. (See online roster for term dates at:https://www.adfg.alaska.gov/index.cfm?adfg=process.acinfo&ac=east_prince_of_wales_island )
• Officer Elections
• Board of Game Hunting & Trapping Proposals for the Southeast Region
• Selecting a Representative to attend the Board of Game Meeting
• Discussion of Board of Fisheries Statewide Proposals if time allows
• Other business as needed

Election Information:  Voting for the public will be held in person.  To be eligible to make nominations or vote in an election of a Fish & Game Advisory Committee, you must be a voting-age resident of the area served by the committee as defined in 5 AAC 96.910(10) and attending the election meeting. The areas served by the East Prince of Wales Fish and Game Advisory Committee as defined in 5 AAC 97.005 are Game Management Units 1A, 1B, 1C, 2, 3, and 4.
