WORKERS' COMPENSATION BOARD

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING: The Alaska Workers' Compensation Board will conduct a full board meeting on January 8-9, 2026. This meeting is open to the public and will begin at 9:00 a.m. It will be held in person and via Zoom video conference.

The meeting will be held in person at the following location:

The agenda consists of the regular business of the Workers' Compensation Board and Division, consisting of but not limited to discussing issues pertaining to the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Act and approval of potential regulation changes. The Board will also conduct other business as necessary and useful. 

Public comment will be taken from 10:15 AM to 11:15 AM on January 8, 2026, and might be extended to accommodate those who arrive before 10:15 AM.  If you cannot participate in person or virtually, you may submit written comments before the meeting for consideration by the Board. The comments must be received by 5:00 pm on January 5, 2026. Send written comments to:
