The Alaska Retirement Management Board (ARMB) will hold its quarterly committee and Board of Trustees meetings Tuesday, December 2 – Thursday, December 4, 2025. All meetings will be conducted in a hybrid format, originating from the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation meeting rooms, 4300 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, AK.

COMMITTEE MEETINGS – Tuesday, December 2^nd

All ARMB committee meetings are scheduled to begin at the times noted below but will start immediately following the conclusion of the prior meeting if it runs long.

The ARMB Audit Committee meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Topics include PERS and TRS annual comprehensive financial reports, audited financial statements, PERS and TRS GASB 68 / 78 audited schedules, reports on internal audits and delinquent and late filing employers, and other matters to properly come before the committee. 

The ARMB Defined Contribution (DC) Plan Committee meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. Topics include an overview of T. Rowe Price’s glide path evolution and stable asset strategy; resolutions recommending (1) legislative action to fund the one-time actuarial cost of the 20-year DC retiree medical eligibility option using limited HRA forfeiture-derived resources, (2) enhancements to disability and healthcare coverage for DC members on disability; updates from the Division of Retirement and Benefits on distribution counseling, health reimbursement arrangements, and delinquent or late employer filings; updates from the Treasury Division; and any other matters to properly come before the committee.

The ARMB Actuarial Committee meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. Topics include preliminary valuation results for FY2025, actuary review, discussion of the economic assumptions component of the July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2025, experience study, a resolution regarding the Judicial Retirement System funding policy and payroll growth assumption, and other matters to properly come before the committee. 

The ARMB Operations Committee meeting will begin at 3:00 p.m. Topics include expiration of an Investment Advisory Council member contract, staff recruitment and retention, review of proposed changes to the ARMB Investment Policy and Procedures Manual, and other matters to properly come before the committee.
