Notice of Utility Tariff Filing

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Waste Connections of Alaska, Inc. d/b/a Alaska Waste (WCA) filed TA158-692, seeking to increase its residential cost of disposal surcharge from 5.87 percent to 15.35 percent. The increase is due to an increase in the Municipality of Anchorage disposal fees from $87.11 per ton to $95.36 per ton at the Regional Landfill, and from $101.29 per ton to $110.25 per ton at the Central Transfer Station.

This notice does not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from that proposed.
