The Alaska Retirement Management Board’s Strategic Review and Action Committee (formerly known as the Education Working Group) will meet on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

The committee will consider draft resolutions recommending one-time actuarial funding of the 20-year retiree medical eligibility option through limited use of Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) forfeiture-derived resources; proposed legislative action to improve disability and healthcare coverage for defined contribution plan members; and potential changes to the Judicial Retirement System (JRS) funding policy and payroll growth assumptions. Additionally, the committee will review proposed revisions to the Board’s Investment Policy and Procedures Manual.

An opportunity for public comment will be provided near the beginning of the meeting. If you wish to testify, please notify the ARMB Liaison Officer in advance. Public comment may also be submitted via email to the ARMB Liaison Officer for distribution to the ARMB Trustees.
