Applicant: Riverside Apartments, LLC. Annual rent: $2,268.00 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – The operation and maintenance of a terminal facility to be used as an office; mail storage; passenger and freight loading and unloading all in conjunction with Lessee's air taxi business. Aircraft parking and maintenance; storage and dispensing of aviation fuel to Lessee's owned or leased aircraft only; customer and employee parking.

This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., December 5, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease.
