09324 Proposal To Extend State Airport Land Use Permit - Pilot Point

PROPOSAL TO EXTEND STATE AIRPORT LAND USE PERMIT: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend the land use permit for Lot 3, Block 100, consisting of approximately 10,753.15 square feet, at Pilot Point Airport under ADA-09324 for an additional five (5) years, to expire January 1, 2030.  Applicant:  Frederick Reynolds.  Annual rent:  $1,333.39.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – Aircraft tie-down and parking of personal vehicle while in flight.

Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., November 28, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the permit.  The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.  Information is available from Sharyn Augustine, Statewide Aviation Leasing, PO Box 112505, Juneau, AK 99811-2505, phone (907) 465-6893 or fax (907) 465-1395 or email sharyn.augustine@alaska.gov.
