Notice of Public Hearing and Public Comment Period
The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation Resolution No. 2025-20
The public is invited to participate and comment on the proposed Regulation amendment to 15 AAC 151.542 authorized by AHFC Board Resolution #2025-20. The purpose for the amendment is to increase the loan approval threshold requiring approval by AHFC’s Board of Directors from $1,500,000 to $2,000,000.
The public hearing will be held:
Friday, November 7, 2025 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

All comments must be received by November 18th at 5:00 pm to be considered as part of this public comment period.
