Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Middle Kuskokwim Electric Cooperative, Inc. (MKEC) filed TA175-343, a revenue requirement study based on a 2024 test year. MKEC requests approval of a 28.38 percent permanent rate increase effective November 15, 2025. If the Commission suspends the tariff revision for further investigation, MKEC requests a 14 percent increase effective November 15, 2025, on an interim and refundable basis pending approval of permanent rates. The current and proposed rates are as follows:
