WORKERS' COMPENSATION BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING: The Alaska Workers' Compensation Board will conduct a full board meeting on October 23-24, 2025. This meeting is open to the public and will begin at 9:00 a.m. It will be held in person and via Zoom video conference.
The meeting will be held in person at the following location:

The agenda consists of the regular business of the Workers' Compensation Board and Division, consisting of but not limited to discussing issues pertaining to the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Act and approval of potential regulation changes. This meeting will also include public stakeholder comment from affected industries, community organizations, and the general public regarding regulations and materials incorporated by reference in 8 AAC 45 – 8 AAC 57. The Board will also conduct other business as necessary and useful.
Public comment will be taken from 10:15 AM to 11:15 AM on October 23, 2025, and might be extended to accommodate those who arrive before 10:15 AM. If you cannot participate in person or virtually, you may submit written comments before the meeting for consideration by the Board. The comments must be received by 5:00 pm on October 22, 2025.
