NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EV 3-407

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources, under the authority of AS 40.15.305, shall hold a public hearing. The hearing concerns a petition submitted by Richard Trojan to eliminate the common boundary between Lots 5 and 6, Block B of Tokeen Subdivision, Add No. 1, Plat 2005-45 Ketchikan Recording District; and replat said lots to facilitate the proposed Rusty-Trojan Replat. This replat is located in Section 2, Township 68 South, Range 77 East, Copper River Meridian, Alaska.

The public hearing will be held via teleconference at 11:00am on October 23, 2025.  Persons wishing to attend the public hearing must call 1-800-315-6338; at the prompts enter access code 98627 and #.

Persons wanting only to provide comment on the proposed action must submit their comments in writing. Correspondence must be addressed to Joseph Donohue, DML&W, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 650, Anchorage, AK 99501, or to the email address below, and received by 5:00pm, October 21, 2025, to ensure consideration.
