Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Office has authorized issuance of an easement for the following:

APPLICANT:Golden Valley Electric Association 

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION:
Near the intersection of Spinach Creek Road and Old Murphy Dome Road, northwest of Fairbanks.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: On September 12, 2025, the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining Land and Water, issued a decision regarding the casefile under ADL 422455. This decision authorizes a public utility easement northwest of Fairbanks near Old Murphy Dome Road.
