Public Notice: Lease Termination Decision

Pursuant to AS 38.05.070, AS 38.05.035, 11 AAC 58.560(d)

Subject to AS 38.05.070, AS 38.05.035, and 11 AAC 58.560(d) the Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a decision to terminate and close two existing leases assigned to Andrew and Brandy Gregory located near Copper Center, AK. The site is located within Section 13 of Township 2 North, Range 1 West, Copper Meridian.
