Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Office has authorized issuance of an easement for the following:

APPLICANT: Globe Creek Camp, Inc.

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Easement: located on the west side of the Elliott Highway near Milepost 37, north of Fairbanks.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department has authorized issuance of a private non-exclusive access easement for a previously constructed driveway on state-owned, DMLW-managed uplands off the Elliott Highway.
