Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility (AWWU) filed TA182-122, proposing to add tariff provisions detailing the terms and conditions for public fire protection service and providing its updated Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Anchorage Fire Department. The MOA lists the conditions and terms for both indirect and direct fire protection services related to the maintenance of AWWU’s water system and public fire hydrants such as inspections, checks, repairs, and notification requirements. There are no proposed changes to the services being provided or to the rates for any customer.
This notice does not contain all requested revisions, and the Commission may approve a rate or classification that varies from that proposed.
