Notice of Utility Tariff Filings
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Golden Heart Utilities, Inc. (GHU) filed TA147-118 for its water operations, and TA139-290 for its wastewater operations, proposing minor tariff housekeeping revisions as well as updating its default billing method. The proposed revisions include updating business hours and holidays, a new schedule defining margin notation letter codes, and changing the default billing method to electronic rather than paper bills, with the option for paper billing upon request. Other typographical revisions are also proposed. All revisions will also be applicable to customers of College Utilities Corporation (CUC), as the CUC tariffs adopt and ratify all supplements and amendments to the GHU tariffs.
This notice does not contain all requested revisions, and the Commission may approve a rate or classification that varies from those proposed.
