Request for Information (RFI) for Environmental Compliance E-Learning Module Design for the Alaska Department of Military and Veterans Affairs
The Alaska Department of Military and Veterans’ Affairs (DMVA), Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO), Environmental Section (ENV) is seeking qualified vendors to develop e-learning content for Alaska Army National Guard (AKARNG) personnel who require environmental awareness and compliance training.
The objective of the Environmental Compliance E-Learning Module Design project is to create on-demand, SCORM-compliant virtual training for AKARNG and DMVA personnel, delivered through the AKARNG Environmental Compliance LMS. These interactive and engaging modules will support environmental compliance by providing accessible training and guidance, reducing adverse impacts, and ensuring legal compliance.
The project will deliver at least 10 to 12 narrated, asynchronous modules (totaling three to five hours of content), organized under general Environmental Awareness and Environmental Officer training, with final structure and content determined by the DMVA-CFMO-ENV Training Manager and subject matter experts.
A more detailed description of the required webmaster services is provided in the attached Request for Information (RFI) document.
Vendors interested in providing these e-learning module design services should submit a response describing their relevant experience and qualifications, their approach to developing SCORM-compliant and interactive training content, and any additional value-added services they can offer within the scope of this project.
Responses must be received by no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Time on Monday, July 28, 2025.
Email submission is preferred. Responses may be submitted as PDF attachments to: MvaDasProcurement@alaska.gov.
