Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

PROJECT NAME: LAS 35584

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION:

Within the northeast part of Pedro Bay, in the far eastern portion of Iliamna Lake

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

Section 33, Township 4 South, Range 28 West, Seward Meridian

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: A 5-year Land Use Permit to bring existing improvements into compliance, including a removable concrete boat ramp, erosion control, and two floating docks.

PROPOSED DATES OF USE:
Start: August 1, 2025
End: July 31, 2030

DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: July 25, 2025

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above.
