Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) filed TA573-8, proposing to extend the commencement date of its Community Solar Service Pricing Pilot program (Pilot Program) from July 1, 2025, to August 1, 2025, with the 36-month timeline ending July 31, 2028. Chugach proposes this extension to allow additional time to perform the required commissioning process, which includes verification that all systems and components are designed, installed, tested, and operated according to Pilot Program requirements. Chugach will notify subscribers of the changes, and subscribers will see Pilot Program generation and subscription fees with the August monthly billing period.
