ADDENDUM 2: Serves to change the ITB closing date from July 22, 2025 to July 29, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the ITB remain the same.
ADDENDUM 1: Serves to make changes to the ITB in SEC. 1.04 Minimum Requirements and add “State Approved Equivalent” language to all references pertaining to Ski-doo snowmachines and Honda ATVs. All other terms and conditions of the ITB remain the same.
PURPOSE: The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation (DPOR) is soliciting bids for a qualified bidder to provide four Ski-doo snowmachines and four Honda ATVs as outlined in SEC 2.01 Scope of Work of the ITB.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE:
In order for a bid to be considered responsive the bidder must meet these minimum requirements:
- The bidder must not have had a contract terminated for cause by the State within the last three years.
- The bidder must sell and service Ski-doo snowmachines and/or Honda ATVs in Anchorage or the Kenai Peninsula areas of Alaska.
A bidder's failure to meet these minimum requirements will cause their bid to be considered non-responsive and rejected. By submitting a bid, a bidder verifies they meet the minimum requirements above.
