Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Cook Inlet Natural Gas Storage Alaska, LLC (CINGSA) filed TA61-733, proposing to revise its rates for Firm Storage Service (FSS) and Interruptible Storage Service (ISS) through a Formula Rate Mechanism Annual Revision (FRMAR).
CINGSA’s tariff requires it to calculate an annual facility-wide revenue requirement and file a FRMAR filing on or before June 15 of each year, except as provided in its tariff. With TA61-733, CINGSA requests a permanent change to its rates for FSS and ISS customers, effective August 1, 2025. A comparison of the current and proposed rates is shown in the table below.
