Request for Proposals for the CASCADE POINT FERRY TERMINAL STAGE 1 DESIGN BUILD, Project Number HSHWY00015, will be received until 2:00 p.m., June 13, 2025 at the office of the Contracts Officer, at 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska.
The Design Build Project consists of work including engineering, environmental permitting, and construction related to the ferry terminal access road, uplands development areas, and material procurement for the marine causeway. The project includes the final design and construction of an access road for the end of Glacier Highway to the ferry terminal uplands site, a bridge over Cascade Creek along the access road, a locking access gate to restrict vehicle access at the project limits, and all initial site preparation and construction to top of subgrade and retaining wall construction for the upland ferry terminal site, and to secure, sort, and stockpile material for the marine causeway on the upland Ferry Terminal site for future placement into the marine causeway.

Between $20,000,000 and $30,000,000
