Notice of Utility Application for a Certificate
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on May 12, 2025, Airespring, Inc. (Airespring) filed an application for a new certificate of public convenience and necessity (certificate). Airespring proposes to provide competitive resold local exchange service in the State of Alaska. Docket No. U-25-011 was opened to address this matter.
No motion for waiver of filing requirement or petition for confidential treatment were filed with Airespring’s application. The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application. The Commission may determine whether the application is complete by June 3, 2025.
