ADDENDUM 2: Serves to make changes to the ITB in SEC. 2.01 SCOPE OF WORK.

ADDENDUM 1: Serves to answer questions from vendors and add Attachment 6 Pictures of Homer Vessel and Attachment 7 Pictures of Seward Vessel.

PURPOSE: The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation is soliciting bids for a qualified bidder to provide four 250HP outboard motors for two separate vessels located in Seward and Homer, Alaska.The successful contractor must remove the existing outboards and install the new outboards. A more detailed description including scope of work is provided in Section 2.01 of the ITB.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

In order for a bid to be considered responsive the bidder must meet these minimum requirements:

• The bidder must not have had a contract terminated for cause by the State within the last three years.
• The bidder must sell and service outboard motors.

A bidder's failure to meet these minimum requirements will cause their bid to be considered non-responsive and rejected. By submitting a bid, a bidder verifies they meet the minimum requirements above.
