On March 14, 2025, the Board of Psychologist and Psychological Associate Examiners adopted regulations in Title 12, Chapter 60 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern continuing education requirements, administrative forms relating to applications for courtesy licenses, and definitions.
The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on April 3, 2025, and are effective on May 3, 2025. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The regulation changes will first appear in Register 254, July 2025 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
