NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25252047 – Statewide Pavement Management Plan FFY25 

The Contractor shall provide professional services to maintain compliance with FAA requirements under AC 150/5380-7B Airport Pavement Management Program (PMP). Work includes updating airport records, database customization, Pavement Condition Index (PCI) inspections, and reporting. Inspections will be performed according to ASTM D 5340-20 and data will be entered into the state's PAVER database. Inspection reports and a summary report will be prepared based on inspection data and results will be made available through a publicly accessible web interface.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated initial period for performance of the Agreement is approximately October 2025 to December 2027.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $1,000,000 or greater.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available April 11, 2025 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than May 15, 2025, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
