NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

The Board of Regents is scheduled to hold the following meetings:

Board officers and committee chairs will hold a special meeting via Zoom on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. to review the topics suggested for the May 21-22, 2025 meeting of the board.  No action will be taken at this meeting.

The Board of Regents will hear public testimony via statewide audio conference on Tuesday, May 19, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. For additional information regarding public testimony visit: www.alaska.edu/bor/public-testimony/

The following board committee meetings* will be held on May 21, 2025 in Room 109 of Butrovich Building on the UAF Troth Yeddha campus in Fairbanks to review and recommend items to the full board meeting for approval during it's May 21-22, 2025 meeting. No public testimony will be taken.:

Audit and Finance Committee - 8-10am
Facilities and Land Management Committee - 10am-noon
Academic and Student Affairs - 12:30pm-3pm

The Board of Regents will hold a regular meeting of the Full Board beginning on Wednesday, May 21 after the committee meetings and continuing on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 8am, also in Room 109 of Butrovich Building on the UAF Troth Yeddha campus in Fairbanks, Alaska. No public testimony will be taken.

These meetings are open to the public with the exception of executive sessions.
