As provided in 18 AAC 15.210, a person who wishes to oppose or support the request for a stay must do so by serving a response on the Commissioner, the stay requester, the permittee, and the Division Director in the manner required under 18 AAC 15.340. Responses may be 20 pages or less, and must be received not later than 20 days after the issuance of this notice. The Commissioner’s Office may be served at the contact info above.
