50869 Proposal To Extend State Airport Land Use Permit - King Salmon

PROPOSAL TO EXTEND STATE AIRPORT LAND USE PERMIT: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend the land use permit for Lot 5B, Block 200, consisting of approximately 21,000 square feet, at King Salmon Airport under ADA-50869 for an additional 5 years, to expire May 1, 2030.  Applicant:  Bristol Bay Telephone Cooperative Inc.  Annual rent:  $5,656.00.  Authorized uses:  Non-aeronautical – Operation and maintenance of a Permittee-owned warehouse building for storage of switch equipment and other supplies in support of the Permittee’s communications business.

Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., May 7, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the permit.  The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.  Information is available from Sharyn Augustine, Statewide Aviation Leasing, PO Box 112505, Juneau, AK 99811-2505, phone (907) 465-6893 or fax (907) 465-1395 or email sharyn.augustine@alaska.gov.
