Material Sale Information Bulletin

The Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), Northern Regional Office – Lands Section (NRO) has received an application for the extraction of material from a designated material site, ADL 419774.  This existing site, which has already been determined appropriate for continued material extraction, is located within Fairbanks Meridian, Township 2 South, Range 3 West, section 14.

The DMLW NRO is seeking information related to the ongoing extraction of material from this site that may assist in the development of specific operating/reclamation requirements for the site, or identifying any multiple land use issues that may need to be addressed prior to issuance of additional contracts including material sale ADL 422535.

DEADLINE FOR WRITTEN COMMENTS:
Written comments must be received in writing by the DMLW, Lands Section on or before 5:00 p.m. on April 9, 2025 in order to ensure consideration.
