NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO SUPPLEMENT A LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Fairbanks International Airport (Airport) proposes to amend the authorized uses to include vehicle maintenance to Land Lease ADA-90252, as follows:  LESSEE: ADL Fairbanks, LLC.  PREMISES: Block 4, Lot 3, consisting of approximately 139,210 square feet of land and 2,350 square feet of land within the existing premises has been converted into auxiliary use for vehicle maintenance for freight vehicles.  PROPOSED LEASE RENTAL RATE: The rent for the total Premises is $16,940.20 per year, calculated at the rate of $0.12 per square foot per year ($0.12 x 136,860 square feet = $16,423.20) + $0.22 for 2,350 square feet ($0.22 x 2350 square feet = $517.00). PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Construction, operation, and maintenance of an air express package and freight sorting and clearance facility, and vehicle maintenance area for freight vehicles.
