PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Business Activity Permit Supplement No. 4 to ADA-32362 for Room SA1009, consisting of 16 sf, and Room S1853, consisting of approximately 253 sf, in the South Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. APPLICANT: Royal Hyway Tours, Inc dba HAP Alaska - Yukon. TERM: May 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, Current Terminal rent rate is $92.81/s.f./yr. AUTHORIZED USES: Tour reception service podiums.
