The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to permit Lot 1A, Block 100, consisting of approximately 18,750 square feet (ADA-09667), at Koliganek Airport for 5 years. Applicant: Aircraft Consultants and Services, LLC. Annual rent: $2,325.00 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – Staging freight for further transportation to remote villages. Aircraft tie-down for Permittee’s use only; and vehicle parking all in support of Permittee’s air cargo business.

Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., April 21, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the permit. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
