Request for Grant Application (RGA) – Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) One-Stop Operator
The Alaska Workforce Investment Board (AWIB) is seeking applications for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) One-Stop Operator grant. This funding opportunity aims to support coordinating and operating the One-Stop delivery system to ensure seamless, efficient, and high-quality workforce services.
Grant Overview
- Funding Source: Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)
- Purpose: To procure a One-Stop Operator responsible for coordinating service delivery among One-Stop partners, as outlined under WIOA regulations.
- Eligibility: Eligible applicants include public or private organizations, nonprofit agencies, institutions of higher education, workforce development agencies, and other entities capable of managing One-Stop operations in compliance with WIOA requirements.
- Contract Period: Begins July 1, 2025, and ends June 30, 2027.
- Funding Period:
- Begins July 1, 2025, and ends June 30, 2026.
- Begins July 1, 2026, and ends June 30, 2027.
- Total Funding Available for the Contract: $400,000.00 ($200,000.00 per funding period)
- Subject to the legislative authority, availability of federal appropriations, and allocations. Funding levels may vary depending on federal and state allocations, program performance, and other factors.

- Release Date: Monday, March 17, 2025
- Submission Deadline: Wednesday, April 16, 2025, by 11:59 pm
- Anticipated Notice of Award: June 1st, 2025
