The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, has received a request to lease 30 square feet of terminal space at Fairbanks International Airport. The lessee is Tanana Chiefs Conference. The Lease Agreement, ADA-90983, will expire on April 30^th, 2026. The leasehold area would be used for an informational kiosk.

The annual rental for the terminal space will be $3,480.60, based on the current terminal rental rate of $116.02 per square foot per year.

Written comments must be received by 5 p.m., April 14^th, 2025, after which the airport manager will determine whether or not to execute the supplement. The Department reserves the right to correct technical defects in the premise’s description, lease term, or the purposes of any amendment issued and may reject any or all comments.
