Pursuant to Alaska Statutes 04.06.050, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is holding a special meeting on April 8, 2025, to consider its agenda, including,

• A hearing conducted under AS 04.11.480(b) and AS 04.11.510(b)(2) regarding City of Kodiak’s and Kodiak Island Borough’s respective protest of renewal and/or license application(s) of Restaurant Eating Place license 3293.

The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. on April 8, 2025, and will be held virtually via zoom.

The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting.
