Notice of Adopted and Filed Changes to the Regulations of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development

On February 25, 2025, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulations changes in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern updates dealing with military license fees, and for occupational license fees for Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists, the State Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Board, and the Board of Examiners in Optometry to clarify fees for the new interstate compacts for those professions.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on March 6, 2025, and are effective on April 5, 2025. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 254, July 2025 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
