NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND USE PERMIT: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to grant a land use permit under Lease ADA-32645, as follows:  LESSEE: Alaska Airlines Inc.  PREMISES: Hardstand K3, consisting of approximately 57,450 square feet. LEASE TERM:  One (1) year, beginning May 1, 2025, and ending April 30, 2026.  CURRENT LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is $111,453.00 ($1.94 per square foot x 57,450 square feet). PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Cargo aircraft load/unload, Cargo or Passenger aircraft parking (limited periods)

This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Leasing Office of Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, located in Room C3980 on the third floor of the South Terminal, at 5000 W.
