SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE OF ORAL PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED CHANGES TO LICENSE RENEWAL FEES IN THE REGULATIONS OF THE MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD
The Marijuana Control Board proposes to adopt regulation changes in Title 3, Chapter 306 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with reducing license renewal fees, including the following:
- 3 AAC 306.100(d) is proposed to be amended to reduce the license renewal fees to match the corresponding new license application fees.
This is a SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE adding a NOTICE OF ORAL PUBLIC HEARING to the NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO LICENSE RENEWAL FEES IN THE REGULATIONS OF THE MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD that were issued on November 14, 2024, concerning the above-proposed revisions, contained in Department of Law File No. 2024200436. The Marijuana Control Board has released this SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE to announce to the public that the board will take oral testimony at an oral hearing on the proposed changes reducing license renewal fees. Only oral comments will be accepted at the hearing. The oral hearing will be held during a Special Meeting on March 14, 2025, beginning at 10:00 am and will be held via Zoom and telephonically. Please prepare to share your oral comments by telephone, or via Zoom. After the public oral comment period ends, the Marijuana Control Board will either adopt the proposed regulations or other provisions dealing with the same subject, without further notice, or decide to take no action. The language of the final regulation may be different from that of the proposed regulation. You should comment during the time allowed if your interests could be affected.
