Authorized uses: Aeronautical – Construction, operation, and maintenance of a hangar for the storage and maintenance of a lessee’s private aircraft; aircraft unloading, unloading of personal passengers and freight; aircraft and vehicle parking.

Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., March 24, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
