Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southeast Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:
APPLICANT: Jonathan Pearce
PROJECT NAME: LAS 35394
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Outer Point is located at the end of North Douglas Highway roughly 12 miles from downtown Juneau, Alaska (58.3035 N, 134.6846 W).
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The Alaska Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), has received a Land Use Permit application for the year-round placement of a personal use dock (8’x36’) for the safe moorage of a personal use fishing boat (Duckworth 28’ Offshore) by the applicant. The dock would be secured to the submerged lands by two (2) 200 lbs. Danforth anchors. The proposed permit term is 5 years.

End: March 2030

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southeast Regional Land Office, 400 Willoughby Avenue/PO Box 111020, Juneau, AK 99811-1020 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue an authorization with stipulations for the activity. The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
