NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES

On February 6, 2025, the Department of Natural Resources adopted regulations in 11 AAC 200. The regulations concern the removal of derelict vessels and procedures for state agencies and municipalities to request reimbursement from the derelict vessel prevention program fund.

The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on February 10, 2025, and are effective on March 12, 2025. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 253, in April 2025, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
