The Department of Administration, Office of Procurement and Property Management intends to enter into a participating addendum with Otis Elevator Company for Elevator, Escalator, Chairlift and Platform Lift Maintenance & Repair and Related Services under contract 2019001563. Solicited and awarded in partnership between the University of California and OMNIA Partners.

The Public Notice of Request for Proposal (RFP) that resulted in the above contract was published to the OMNIA partners Solicitations Portal on April 24, 2019. The Proposal Due date was June 3, 2019. The RFP was not posted to the Alaska Online Public Notice site.
