Applicant: Riverside Apartments, L.L.C. Annual rent: $3,780.00, and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – Construction and maintenance of an 80 x 80 sprung structure for airplane storage; aircraft and vehicle parking.

Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., January 23, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
