Under a delegation of authority from the Alaska Board of Fisheries the Alaska Department of fish and Game has adopted regulations that updates the 2025 eLogbook Backup/Transcription Logbook for Saltwater Charter Operators and Vessel Registration, adopted by reference; and updates the year of the Freshwater Sport Fish Guide Vessel Registration forms, adopted by reference, from 2024 to 2025.

The regulations are attached to the bottom of this notice.

The Lieutenant Governor signed and filed the regulation on November 19, 2024 and the regulation becomes effective December 19, 2024.

The regulations will appear in Register 252, January 2025, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
