In accordance with 17 AAC 45.300, the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease three aeronautical use lots at the Cordova Airport by offering them for Sealed Bid. Lot sizes are approximately 22,500 square feet. The Minimum Bid for annual rent is $4,882.50 per year based on the current standard aeronautical use rental rate of $0.217 per square foot per year. Authorized uses: Aeronautical uses only. Term: 50 years based on the required minimum investment of $337,500 in permanent improvements.

Sealed bids will be accepted at the address below until 2:00 p.m. (Alaska Time) on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. At that time, all bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids received after the designated time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned unopened.

DOT&PF will award Leases of the Premises to the qualified, responsive and responsible bidder who offers the highest bid for the annual rent of each lot.
